Senator Representing Niger East Senatorial District, Mohammed Sani Musa, has called on Christians in his constituency to celebrate responsibly and remain prayerful.

The Chairman, Senate Committee on Finance made the call in a statement he issued on Christmas day to extend his warm greetings to the Christian populace in his constituency.

“On the occasion of Christmas 2024, I extend warm greetings to all Christians across Niger East Senatorial District.

“As we celebrate this special holiday season, I urge everyone to embrace the true essence of Christmas—a season that embodies love, compassion, and generosity. Let us share love, extend a helping hand to those in need, and make sacrifices to support the weak and vulnerable in our communities.

“I also encourage all Christians to celebrate responsibly, exercise caution, and stay safe. Let us remain prayerful for our Senatorial District, as we seek divine intervention to overcome the pressing challenges of insecurity that have caused untold hardship to our people” he stated.

The Senator also reaffirmed his commitment to defending and advancing the interest of the people of Niger East.

“As your Senator, I reaffirm my commitment to defending and advancing the interests of the good people of Niger East. I remain steadfast in ensuring that your voices are heard, both on the floor of the Senate and wherever action is required. And bringing the dividend of democracy to our people and communities” he added.

He further prayed for the Christmas to bring joy and happiness to the people.

“May this Christmas bring joy, peace, and renewed hope to your homes. I wish you a joyous Christmas filled with love, happiness, and the blessings that come with the season” he stated.
