Amidst the swirling controversy surrounding the arrest of Nigerian social media sensation, Bobrisky, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the pertinent question of the accommodation to be provided him, whether he would be kept among female or male detainees.
GWG.ng reports that before now that the crossdresser had recently stoked the public limelight after he, (turned she), won the award of best-dressed female at a movie premiere penultimate week.
The enigmatic personality, known for his flamboyant lifestyle and gender-fluid identity, has sparked debate over his appropriate placement within the EFCC’s detention facilities. With Bobrisky adamantly asserting his female gender identity and demanding to be addressed as such, the issue of whether Bobrisky should be housed among male or female detainees has stoked the interest of the public.
GWG.ng reports that the EFCC has unwittingly calmed public anxiety on how Bobrisky would be kept between male and female detainees by keeping him in his own accommodation.
However, the EFCC is continuing to regard him as a male.
Adding another layer of intrigue to the unfolding drama are recent allegations made by fellow social media figure, Verydarkman. Claiming undisclosed ties between Bobrisky and individuals in positions of authority, these allegations cast a shadow over the already contentious situation.
As public interest in Bobrisky’s case continues to mount, speculation runs rampant regarding the treatment and accommodations afforded to the controversial personality within the EFCC’s custody.
