He stated this during a grand ceremony to declare a state of emergency on education in the state on Saturday. Kano state governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf on Thursday, flagged off the construction of two access roads in Dawakin Kudu local government area, under the Kano State Agro-pastoral Development Project, KSADP, at the combined sum of N2,453,105,743:20.
