The budget, termed, “Budget of infrastructure, inclusive growth and sustainable development” was presented on Wednesday. With a ratio of 68% – 32% for capital expenditure to recurrent expenditure, the budget has a capital expenditure of N932,640,032,101:00 and a recurrent expenditure of N433,487,897,170:00.
