Al-Bishak was the founding President of the NHSMCS Ltd who registered it as a Co-op Society with the Nasarawa State government from its former Welfare Committee of the NSUK Health Services Department.

The commendation letter specified the Co-op’s achievements under Al-Bishak’s stellar and pioneering efforts as follows:

“Increase in membership strength, improvement in financial stability and successful projects initiatives amongst others.”

The commendation letter also added, “Your legacies continue to have positive impact in our cooperative society.”

The letter was signed by Mr. Akwaden Stephen Thomas, the current NHSMCS Ltd President.
